Return and Refund Policy

We ask for a 24-hour notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. No refunds will be given in the event of cancellations, but the appointment may be moved to any of our locations pending availability. Without prior communication, a client's appointment is deemed cancelled if they fail to show up as scheduled.
